We accept the following payment methods for orders on ItsPrinted.shop:

Delivery Areas: We ship to all cities across India.
Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7-8 working days after confirmation.
Customs/Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied on their orders.
Tracking & Delivery Issues:
Once your order is shipped, it must be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If you miss delivery after 3 courier attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
No refunds will be issued for Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders. However, we’ll gladly reship your order if you provide a corrected address and contact details.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (as per our product description).
Eligibility:
Contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
Provide an authenticated unboxing video showing the issue (e.g., damage, missing parts, or wrong item).
No returns/exchanges for:
Disliked products.
Orders with incorrect items chosen by the customer.
Color variations due to monitor/screen settings (brightness, resolution, etc.).
Process:
Email teamitsprinted@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll dispatch a replacement immediately or issue a refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
Important Notes:
Replacement/refund claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject claims if the product shows signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
